1.Chapter I: Introduction and Scope

Article (1) Purpose of this Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the permitted and prohibited uses of the ZynDesk platform ("the Platform") and its services. This Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part thereof. It applies to all users of the Platform, including firm administrators, accountants, and employees who access it under any subscription.

Article (2) User Commitment

By using the Platform you confirm that you have read this Policy and agreed to be bound by it. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or firm, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to the provisions of this Policy.

2.Chapter II: Permitted Uses

Article (3) Permitted Purposes

The Platform may be used solely for the following purposes:

  • Managing accounting and tax firm client data and files.
  • Tracking tax deadlines and related official dates.
  • Managing attendance, leave, and human resources within the firm.
  • Storing accounting documents and records, and electronic archiving.
  • Generating reports and analytics relating to firm operations.
  • Internal communication among firm team members.

Article (4) Multi-user Access

Assigned team members may access the Platform in accordance with the permissions defined by the firm administrator. The primary account administrator bears full responsibility for configuring and managing user permissions.

3.Chapter III: Prohibited Uses

Article (5) Prohibited Content

Uploading, publishing, or storing any content on the Platform is prohibited if it:

  • Violates applicable laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other country in which the User operates.
  • Contains personal data of third parties without their lawful consent.
  • Is fraudulent, misleading, or involves impersonation.
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of any party.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

Article (6) Prohibited Technical Uses

The following are technically prohibited:

  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
  • Conducting scanning or penetration testing of the Platform or its infrastructure without prior written consent from the Company.
  • Using the Platform to host or operate competing services.
  • Reselling access to the Platform or assigning the subscription to a third party without written consent.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract source code.
  • Using automation tools or bots to access the Platform in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

Article (7) Prohibited Misuse

The following are also prohibited:

  • Using the Platform for money laundering, tax evasion, or any criminal activity.
  • Submitting falsified financial or tax data through the Platform.
  • Violating any applicable tax or accounting law or regulation.
  • Using the Platform in any manner that could damage the reputation of the Company or its other users.

4.Chapter IV: User Responsibilities

Article (8) Account Security

The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and not sharing them with any unauthorized party. The Company must be notified immediately at info@zyndesk.app in the event of any suspected breach or unauthorized use.

Article (9) Data Accuracy

The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter into the Platform. The Company does not verify the accuracy of any financial or tax data entered by the User and disclaims any legal liability arising from errors in such data.

5.Chapter V: Enforcement and Penalties

Article (10) Monitoring and Enforcement

The Company reserves the right to monitor use of the Platform to ensure compliance with this Policy. In the event of a discovered breach, the Company shall take the appropriate action, which may include: a written warning, restriction of certain permissions, temporary account suspension, or permanent termination of the subscription.

Article (11) Reporting Violations

If you discover a breach of this Policy by another user, please report it immediately to: info@zyndesk.app. The Company undertakes to handle all reports in strict confidence.

Article (12) Policy Updates

The Company may update this Policy periodically to keep pace with legal and technical developments. Users are notified of any material changes via email at least 15 days before they take effect.
